4. Trading and Competitions

SKILLON provides a platform for trading financial instruments and participating in trading competitions. All trading activities and competitions are subject to the following terms:

• Trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• SKILLON does not provide investment advice, and nothing on the Services should be construed as investment advice.
• Competition rules, including eligibility requirements, entry fees, prize structures, and duration, will be specified for each competition.
• SKILLON reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any competition at any time.
• All prizes are subject to applicable taxes and regulations, and winners are responsible for any tax liabilities.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate markets or competitions.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL SKILLON, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
